Title: Epigenetic Remodelling Of Mesenchymal Stem Cells, by targeting Specific MicroRNAs to Induce Long Term Neurogenesis: An In Vitro Analysis of MSC Plasticity
 
Synopsis:
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) show tremendous plasticity and bone-marrow derived MSCs has been shown to successfully engrave and survive in adult rodent brain. This project is looking at the crucial miRNAs involved in the stage specific trandifferentation of the MSCs and epigenetically remodel in the MSCs in an effort to induce long term neurogenesis.
