MAGNETOENCEPHALOGRAPHY (MEG) LAB

The MEG laboratory at the Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, HUSM provides a very a unique and effective diagnostic tool for evaluating brain function in a variety of cognitive neurosciences experiments, neuroligical and neurosurgical planning applications. This diagnostic tool is the 1st in South East Asia and was launched on 17th March 2010 by Y.Bhg. Prof. Tan Sri Dato' Dzulkifli Razak, the previous Vice Canselor USM.
Magnetoencephalography (MEG) is a non-invasive neurophysiological technique that measures the magnetic fields generated by neuronal activity of the brain.
