Welcome to our website. Department of Hematology & Blood Transfusion Unit functions as Medical Service, Teaching, Research and Innovation to Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), mostly under the benefactor of Pusat Pengajian Sains Perubatan (PPSP) and also Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM).

In Hematology, the department encore in two main routine services; Routine Hematology and Coagulation Studies, as well as excel and expertised in Specialized Hematology Test, Flowcytometry and Molecular. In the mean while, Blood Transfusion Unit mostly providing support services to HUSM blood and donation of blood.
